A 9 week block of weekly Wednesday classes for improvers who have a moderate amount of pole experience and/or completed level one beginner sessions. Mandatory moves for these classes are Pole Sit and Pole Stand.
Pole dancing classes offer a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits for participants and is a fun and empowering way to stay sexy whilst improving your strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Over the course of the block, you will learn a variety of tricks and conditioning exercises specifically structured to build up your strength, leaving you ready to move up to the next level of classes after completing an assessment at the end of the 9 weeks.
It is mandatory to arrive on time for class so that you are present for the warm-up. If you are late for the session and miss the warm-up you will be prohibited from participation.
Suitable clothing for the class includes t-shirts, sports bras and gym/cycling shorts, and bikinis.
