BAME Ambassadors

The BAME Ambassadors are a student-led collaboration between The Union and the University which aims to improve student experience and close the awarding gap for Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic (BAME) students.

We develop and deliver campaigns and events that aim to facilitate conversations around race, develop inclusive environments at Manchester Met, and feedback your views to influence positive change on campus.

Don't forget to keep up to date with our BAME Ambassador led events.

You're always welcome to check out what we've been up to by following along on socials, too.

+ Empowerment

Empower students to tackle the negative effects of stereotyping and micro-aggressions and safely challenge discrimination on campus
