Come to The Union and make your very own dream catcher with us! Everyone is invited and we will provide all the materials and info you need to make a beautiful and unique dreamcatcher ✨
This is an amazing opportunity to not only be creative, but also learn more about the significance of dreamcatchers, and honour Indigenous culture and teachings whilst you make yours. This session will also focus on healthy sleeping habits, and we'll be handing out some really useful resources from NHS Better Help.
You’ll get to take your creation home with you, and we want you to leave the session feeling educated, positive, and ready to have the best sleep of your life 😴
