No Net Ensnares Me - Poetry Reading and Book Launch

For all you spoken word and poetry fans out there, No Net Ensnares Me is an anthology of prose poetry inspired by the Brontes and the Wild, and The Sal will be hosting a reading session and discussion of the book with the editor, Ian Humphries and more.

On the panel, expect to see the likes of Jane Commane, Michael Conley, Sarah Corbett, Dr Martin Kratz, Zaffar Kunial and Sammy Weaver, with potential for a meet and greet after the session.

As usual, The Salutation offers 10% off all draught beers when you show your valid Manchester Met student or staff ID.

- Locations: The Salutation Pub

- Tickets:No tickets required, just turn up

Manchester Met student or not, anyone can attend this event.

Expect an arty, typical pub-like atmosphere with thought provoking, interactive discussion.

 

♿️ Is the event accessible for all?

The Salutation has wheelchair access via the beer garden entrance at the rear.

The Sal team will also be on hand if you need any assistance.
