Escape the hustle and bustle of new student life and join us to get zen at one of the free Sunset Yoga sessions. Our qualified Manchester Met Instructors will be leading the sessions to help you unwind from all of the exciting changes as you start uni life. So, grab your yoga mats, invite your friends and book your space.

Anyone that has reserved a ticket is welcome, Manchester Met student or not. Bring your mates along or fly solo and make some new friends whilst you’re here.
