Collecting qualitative data from BAME undergraduate students regarding their experiences in the department
Work on a reverse Participant Recruitment Strategy and make use of the contacts the department has, to progress beyond the current channels of communication. (Undertaken by….in collaboration with department heads)
Continue to monitor the awarding and progression gaps for the academic year by requesting data regularly
Increase the consciousness of and reflection on unconscious bias and prejudice across the department and its student cohort by having explicit conversations about them
