Our commitments 

  • Diversifying workforce: Working with HR regarding recruitment to see a more diverse staffing community in Psychology and overall more diverse department, particularly having a male Pakistani in the department within the next 5 years
  • Secure scholarships for a more diverse student pop
  • Targeted tutoring for students with diverse educational backgrounds and different learning experiences e..g Vocational/BTEC
  • Onboarding transition to help with awarding gap: transitioning workshops from year to year progression in students to ensure students are ready for the final year of education
  • Evaluate decolonising toolkits for curriculum and see the impact it’s having
