We are looking for a dedicated Communications Volunteer to join our team at Europia. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our external communication efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for design, writing, and storytelling, and it offers a chance to contribute to a charity that supports the European diaspora in the UK.

As a Communications Volunteer, you will:

• Work on Europia’s monthly newsletter using Mailchimp, crafting engaging content to update our supporters on the latest developments, events, and opportunities.
• Design posts for social media, ensuring consistency with Europia’s brand while making our message stand out across platforms.
• Proofread and design Europia’s Annual Report, collaborating with our team to ensure it is clear, professional, and visually appealing.

We are looking for a volunteer who is:

• Proficient in using Mailchimp, or is eager to learn to use the platform as training can be provided.
• Experienced in or passionate about social media design (experience with Canva or similar platforms is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
• Creative, proactive, and enjoys working in a team environment.
